The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Brain Imaging is launching its first ever Brain Art competition! This competition is open to all students affiliated with CCBBI and will feature awards for the top three images. Prizes of $2,000, $1,000, and $500 will be awarded to the winner, runner-up, and third place finisher respectively to fund their participation in academic conferences. Submissions may also be selected for exhibition in our new waiting room in the Psychology Building for the 2021-22 academic year!
We are looking for submissions that incorporate neuroimaging and/or MRI data analysis in a creative and inspiring way. All submissions must be original and may not have been used in previous art competitions. There is no limit to the number of submissions that an individual may enter into the competition. Group entries are welcome, and the award prize will be divided equally among the artists.
Submissions should be uploaded (on the form) in the highest resolution possible. While we will accept all image file formats, PNG or tiff files are preferred. The deadline for art submissions is August 1. Click here or the button below to submit your artwork.
