The opening session will be led by Dr. Richard Betzel, Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University. He will be covering the basics of network science (how do we get brain networks from MR data? What kinds of tools can we use to probe/model them?) and visualization of results (given some measurement on a brain network, how can we represent it in a way that accurately conveys that measurement to an audience?).
The afternoon session will include mini-workshops focused on data visualization organized by the CCBBI student group.
Opening Session
11:05AM - 3:50PM in PS 35
Modeling and Visualization of Brain Networks
Dr. Richard Betzel
Afternoon Session
