Dr. Orchard's research interests:
- Dietary interventions to reduce side effects of cancer treatment, specifically cognitive impairment (e.g. impaired episodic memory, processing speed and verbal fluency), affective symptoms and fatigue.
- Dietary prevention and treatment of chronic inflammation.
